Achieving Regulatory and Industry Standards Compliance with Lean-Agile Development and SAFe®

    • SAFe creator, Dean Leffingwell will present this session for those building systems that have an unacceptably high cost of systems or regulatory compliance failure, this workshop explores how companies around the world are achieving the highest degree of performance, safety, efficacy, and regulatory compliance using Lean-Agile methods and SAFe.

Prerequisites: SPC, SA and/or significant SAFe implementation experience.

Applying Active Learning with SAFe

  • The Introduction to Active Learning class will explore brain-friendly facilitation and delivery strategies to actively engage students throughout their classroom experience. SAFe instructors will discover the different ways the brain is activated and involved in the learning process which leads to better student engagement and an improved learning experience.
