After graduating as PhD in Management in Paris, France, Claire Charbit joined Accenture in 1997. She was part of the Travel and Transportation practice and specialized in CRM and Digital projects. As a Principal in Accenture, she conducted major transformation projects for multiple clients in different countries.
In 2007, Claire joined Air France KLM where she was in charge of Information Management teams in the Customer Experience and in then the Pricing and Revenue Management departments.
Claire is today SVP Innovation & Optimization, for Commercial, Marketing and Digital at Air France KLM. She reports to the EVP Commercial Strategy and leads a team 300 + analysts and managers that work on providing innovative technological solutions. In addition, Claire is the sponsor of the Agile Adoption program for Air France KLM from its launch in 2016.
