Tracks
Agile Execution
SAFe allows organizations to truly succeed when all teams and tools operate as a cohesive unit. This track focuses on the day-to-day practice of SAFe by Teams, ARTs, and Solution Trains, as well as the facilitator roles that make these levels successful.
Leadership and Strategy
Leaders set the tone – through their communications, investments, organizational design, and the goals they set. Strategy sets the direction of success for the entire organization. These sessions revolve around leadership’s role in building resilient organizations, as well as the portfolio fiduciaries’ roles in setting and communicating strategy, creating lean budgets, and aligning them to execution.
Business Agility in Practice
Successful organizations reap the benefits of adopting a holistic approach for lean and agile practices across the business. This track illustrates how “the business” can lead transformations and how all functions – hardware & software, finance, HR, marketing, and every corner of the business – can incorporate these practices to positively impact customers and organizational success.

Workshops
Maximize your time at the SAFe Summit with a pre-conference workshop. Pre-conference workshops provide a rare opportunity to dive deeply into some of the most vital SAFe practice issues with the people who created the framework. Note: You must be registered for the SAFe Summit to participate in a workshop. Cost: € 495 +VAT.
Workshops available:
Accelerating Flow with 8 Flow Accelerators
Achieving flow requires a different way of working than the traditional stop-start, project-based approach. This highly interactive workshop will introduce SAFe’s eight new Flow Accelerators. Participants will apply these accelerators to their context, within Portfolio, Large Solution, ART, and Team contexts. They will identify specific improvement items to take away. They will also have the opportunity to collaborate on their challenges with other participants.
Measure what Matters for Business Agility
Business Agility sets new performance standards for organizations, requiring fast, effective response to emerging opportunities. This changes what we measure, how we measure, and what we do with the data we receive. Measurement becomes a critical enabler of continuous business performance improvement. Our new approach to metrics includes three domains: Outcomes, Flow, and Competency.
This session will provide an overview of this comprehensive measurement model and explore how it can be applied across Teams, ARTs, and Portfolios. Attendees will have the opportunity to consider their own context and design a balanced metrics dashboard to support improvement at all levels of the Enterprise.
Applying SAFe Across the Enterprise
Achieving business agility involves every part of the organization, including technology, marketing, operations, support, finance, legal, HR, security, compliance, and executive leadership. It’s also clear that all these business domains benefit by adopting a SAFe Lean-Agile mindset, core values, and principles and practices.
SAFe has identified five new organizational patterns that increase agility throughout the enterprise: Business-Enabled ARTs, Business Trains, Agile Executive Teams, Agile Business Functions, and Combined Portfolios. In this interactive session, you will learn about these patterns, explore challenges in implementing them, and share experiences in overcoming those challenges so that you can increase agility in all areas of your business.
Facilitation Skills for Collaborative Decision-Making in SAFe Events
Collaborative facilitation is a core skill for SAFe Professionals. Strong facilitation skills lead to better outcomes for SAFe events, which results in stronger buy-in and more trust inside organizations. In this workshop, you’ll explore and practice facilitation approaches, identify preparation activities, and learn techniques for effective conflict resolution.
