Lean Portfolio Management (2 Full Days)<\/h3>\n\n\n\n
\n

This is a two-day interactive course which includes the one-day Getting Started with LPM workshop. Attendees will gain the practical tools and techniques necessary to implement the Lean Portfolio Management functions of Strategy and Investment Funding, Agile Portfolio Operations, and Lean Governance. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Lean Portfolio Management course helps executives, project management officers (PMOs) and other key stakeholders plan dynamically and be flexible enough to adjust initiatives and budgets as the market changes. The LPM course provides the guidance and tools attendees need to work effectively in remote environments with distributed teams. You\u2019ll learn how to connect portfolio strategy and initiatives to the agility planning and execution of work, how to integrate feedback from participatory budgeting, and how to adapt to change while maintaining your funding vision and roadmap.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Certification upon passing the Lean Portfolio Manager certification exam.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Advanced Scrum Master (World Premier! – Full Day)<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Offered for the very first time! This one-day session supports learners to apply conflict management techniques and frameworks learned in the Advanced Facilitation: Conflict and Collaboration in the morning. In the afternoon, learners will practice applying what they learned in the three required SAFe Skills while addressing two scenario-based learning activities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Required pre-work:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. The on-demand portion of the Conflict and Collaboration Micro-credential (approximately 1.5 hours of learning; videos are additional time and are recommended but optional content)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. SAFe Skill: Measuring ART and Team Flow (approximately 1 hour of learning)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. SAFe Skill: Accelerating Team Flow (approximately 1 hour of learning)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
