What if I have difficulty registering or need to change my SAFe Summit registration?
Please get in touch with the SAFe Summit Registration Team at summit.registration@scaledagile.com.
Can I add a workshop after I have already registered?
If you have already registered and would like to add a workshop, please contact the Summit Registration Team at summit.registration@scaledagile.com.
What is your refund/cancellation policy?
You may cancel your participation at any time. Please be aware of the event cancellation policy listed below:
If you cancel on or before August 4, 2025, you will be refunded your registration fee, less a $100 administrative processing fee.
If you cancel between August 5, 2025 - August 25, 2025, you will be refunded your registration fee, less a $250 administrative processing fee.
If you cancel on or after August 26, 2025, you will not be eligible for a refund but may transfer your registration to another party until September 4, 2025. After this date, no refunds or transfers will be available.

May I transfer my registration to someone else?
Yes, you may transfer your registration to another person before September 4, 2025. If you have registered with a special discount and would like to send someone in your place, that person must also qualify for the discount; their registration fee may be subject to change if they do not qualify.

How do I request a media pass?
Media passes are reserved for members of the press, including print and online journalists and editors. Media passes will not be issued to publishing, sales, marketing, advertising, public relations, or technical support staff from any organization.
You are strongly encouraged to pre-register for your media pass. If you must register onsite, you will be asked to validate your credentials. Acceptable validation includes a business card listing your publication or organization and your title, along with a recent publication that contains your article or story (or a copy of a briefing you recently issued). If you are an online journalist, please send a copy and URL of a recent article.

Do you offer discounts on registration?
We are offering discounts to groups of 5 or more. If you register five people, get one for free. The group must be purchased at the same time in one payment. Please contact us at summit.registration@scaledagile.com to get your unique code to register.
