Hotel & Destination FAQs

The 2025 SAFe Summit Denver will be held in person at the Gaylord Rockies Convention Center & Resort. The address of the venue is 6700 N. Gaylord Rockies Boulevard, Aurora, CO 80019 (720) 452-6900.

The closest airport to Gaylord Rockies Resort & Convention Center is Denver International Airport (DEN), approximately 6.3 Miles from the hotel. To get from Denver International Airport (DIA) to the Gaylord Rockies Resort & Convention Center, you can take the RTD light rail (Regional Transportation District) and then use the hotel's complimentary shuttle or a ride-sharing service like Uber or Lyft. The light rail is the most affordable option, while ride-sharing is faster and more convenient.

Here's a breakdown of the options:

1. RTD Light Rail and Shuttle:
Take the RTD A Line light rail from DIA. The first stop after leaving the airport is the 61st and Pena station, a short distance from the Gaylord Rockies. A one-day pass for the light rail costs $10.50.
The Gaylord Rockies offers a complimentary shuttle to and from the 61st and Pena station. The shuttle picks up at the station at the top and bottom of the hour, and from the resort at the :20 and :50 of each hour.

2. Ride-Sharing (Uber/Lyft):
Use the Uber or Lyft app to request a ride from DIA to the Gaylord Rockies. Follow the directions for ride-sharing pick-up at the airport, which is typically located near baggage claim on Level 5.
Ride-sharing services may cost between $18 and $30, depending on the time of day, traffic, and the specific ride type (e.g., UberX, UberXL).

3. Other Options:
Taxis are also available at DIA, but they are generally more expensive than ride-sharing.
Shuttle services like SuperShuttle can also be booked in advance for airport transfers.
