What if I have difficulty registering or need to change my SAFe and AI Summit registration?

Can I add a pre/post conference training after I have registered?
If you have already registered and would like to add training, please contact the Summit Registration Team at summit.registration@scaledagile.com.
What is your refund/cancellation policy?
You may cancel your participation at any time. Please be aware of the event cancellation policy listed below:
If you cancel on or before August 10, 2026, you will receive a refund of your registration fee, minus a $100 administrative processing fee. Please email the Summit Registration Team at summit.registration@scaledagile.com to request cancellation.
If you cancel between August 11 and September 1, 2026, you will receive a refund of your registration fee, minus a $250 administrative processing fee. Please email the Summit Registration Team with your request to cancel.
If you cancel on or after September 1, 2026, you will not be eligible for a refund; however, you may transfer your registration to another party until September 9, 2026. After this date, no refunds or transfers will be available.
May I transfer my registration to someone else?
Yes, you may transfer your registration to another person before September 9, 2026. If you have registered with a special discount and would like to send someone in your place, that person must also qualify for the discount; their registration fee may be subject to change if they do not qualify.

Can I bring a guest to the SAFe Summit?

How do I request a media pass?
Media passes are reserved for members of the press, including print and online journalists and editors. Media passes will not be issued to publishing, sales, marketing, advertising, public relations, or technical support staff from any organization.
You are strongly encouraged to preregister for your media pass. If you must register onsite, you will be asked to validate your credentials. Acceptable validation includes a business card listing your publication or organization, along with your title, and a recent publication that features your article or story (or a copy of a briefing you recently issued). If you are an online journalist, please send a copy and URL of a recent article.

Do you offer discounts on registration?

Where is the 2026 SAFe and AI Summit held?
The 2026 SAFe and AI Summit will be held in San Diego at the Gaylord Pacific Resort and Convention Center. The address is 1000 H St, Chula Vista, California.
How do I reserve a hotel room?
Once you purchase your Summit pass, you will receive an email confirmation including a link to book your room at the Gaylord Pacific.
What airport should I fly into?
The best airport to fly into is San Diego International Airport (SAN), located about 10 miles from the hotel.
At the Summit
Can you accommodate special dietary needs?
All conference meals will be buffet-style and include vegetarian, gluten-free, and dairy-free options. If you have additional dietary needs, please let us know during the registration process, and we will be happy to try to accommodate your request.
Can you accommodate people with disabilities?
Yes; the venue is ADA-compliant. If you require assistive devices or have additional needs, please let us know during the registration process.
What is the dress code?
Conference attire is business casual. We recommend bringing a sweater or light jacket with you, as conference rooms can get chilly.
What is the code of conduct at the SAFe and AI Summit?
Summit participants – whether attendees, speakers, staff, exhibitors, or sponsors – shall conduct themselves with professionalism and civility at all times and demonstrate respect and courtesy to all. Scaled Agile reserves the right to rescind registration or attendance at the Summit at its discretion for violations of this policy.

Are there speaking opportunities available?

Can I earn Professional Development Units (PDUs) by attending the SAFe and AI Summit?
Yes. SAFe Summit attendees get the flexibility to attend the most valuable sessions; they’ll need to self-report their PDUs for the event. To do so, please visit the PMI CCRS and enter PDUs for an event/conference.
