Phil Alfano As Field CTO, I act as the bridge between Apptio’s solution factory and our field organizations. Reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer, I liaise between Product Marketing, Product Management, Presales, and Customer Success to ensure that what we demonstrate matches what Apptio delivers. My professional purview includes partner business development, competitive surveillance, and go-to-market messaging. Possessing technical expertise coupled with keen business acumen, Alfano brings a focused, innovative approach to every customer conversation. With more than 20 years of experience working in the business of technology, Alfano has held a variety of roles, including Technical Writer, System Administrator, Solution Consultant, and Presales Leader at fast-paced companies like BMC, Mercury Interactive, Opsware, and Hewlett Packard. He also holds a variety of technology and industry certifications, including MCSE and ITIL. Francisco Loras Technology enthusiast studied Industrial Engineering in Spain and obtained a Masters in Electrical and Computer Engineering in Chicago. Started working for Wi-Tronix LLC as a hardware intern and grew into a Release Train Engineer role as part of a Digital Transformation at Wi-Tronix. Thoroughly enjoys the realization that comes from seeing Agility work well and the power of all the cylinders of an organization being appropriately balanced and engaging together.Passionate about Business Agility and overall Flow, understanding that Agility isn’t a tool or can’t be paid for.
