Health and Safety

How will Scaled Agile verify the vaccination of attendees?

At the SAFe Summit registration desk, our staff will review your vaccine documentation and confirm that you are fully vaccinated and able to enter the Summit. Scaled Agile will not retain the vaccination information, we will just be verifying it.

What does “fully vaccinated” mean?

According to the US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), people are considered fully vaccinated two weeks after their last vaccine dose. If you received a single-dose vaccine (i.e., Johnson & Johnson), you are fully vaccinated two weeks after your shot. If you received a vaccine that requires two shots (i.e., Pfizer or Moderna), you are considered fully vaccinated two weeks after your second shot. If you don’t meet these requirements, you are not considered fully vaccinated, and you will not be eligible to enter the Summit.

If you are traveling from outside the United States, please review the current CDC guidelines for more information.

What if I am not vaccinated?

If you are not fully vaccinated, you will not be able to attend the Summit in person. Please contact The Summit Registration Team with any questions or concerns regarding the vaccination requirement.
