The top challenges when scaling Agile across hundreds of application development teams is to predict the effort to develop features, when features are to be released, and what is the value for the business of the respective efforts.

In this workshop, Ramya Venkatesh, Product Manager, together with Silvia Davis, Global Product Marketing Manager – SAFe SPC, will facilitate group discussions around how to define and implement ‘Flow metrics” with the AI-ML to help you answer those questions and be ahead of the game.

  • What are the critical data, and where to get the data to predict deliverable better
  • What metrics are important, and how to use them
  • How to implement AI-ML for augmented data-driven decisions

Silvia brings 20+ years of knowledge in IT processes, people, and hands-on technology. Silvia is passionate about continuously learning and sharing new strategies to deliver better experiences.

Silvia currently manages an AI-powered DevOps solution covering enterprise agile, release & deploy, and predictive analytics. She has previously worked for enterprise corporations, including IBM, Hewlett Packard, and Dell Technologies, and a start-up in Boston, delivering services to customers in various industries. In her free time, she enjoys volunteering and helping others in need.
