Customer stories
One of the most powerful aspects of the SAFe Summit is hearing directly from organizations who have been there, and done that. Customer Stories capture the successes, the challenges, and the remarkable outcomes of enterprises who have implemented SAFe across 200 employees, 500,000 employees, and everywhere in between. Immerse yourself in these compelling behind-the-scenes narratives of collaboration, hurdles overcome, and triumphant victories. Don’t miss the chance to be inspired!
Tracks
Adaptability with Lean Portfolio Management
Lean Portfolio Management (LPM) is the key to improving and realizing business outcomes. The guardrails and governance from the Value Management Office (VMO) greatly impact your journey. Some of the biggest hurdles enterprises face are shifting mindsets, budgeting practices, and how work is funded.
Customer Centricity & the SAFe Core Competencies
The Seven Core Competencies are the primary lens for understanding and implementing SAFe. The focal point for the competencies is the customer, and Lean-Agile leadership is the foundation. Business Agility demands that enterprises rapidly increase their ability to deliver innovative products and services. To ensure that the enterprise creates the right solutions for the right customers at the right time, it must balance its execution focus with a customer focus.
Leveraging Agile Practices in Government
Leaders are choosing Lean-Agile and DevOps practices for the largest, most complex government systems worldwide. This is driven by internal and external forces changing how government agencies provide services to citizens, and the government workforce. Managing limited resources and funding are indeed concerns, but governments are not profit-driven. They measure success by the impact their solutions provide while striving to operate as effectively and efficiently as possible.
Realities of a Lean-Agile Transformation – Stories from the Field
Change is hard – inspiring organizations to work differently is much easier said than done. This is most often led by a small group whose primary task is to implement and sustain change. Ideally, change agents have the respect of their peers, are motivated by helping others, and have pragmatic optimism. The strategy of the Agile Center of Excellence, Working Group, Lean-Agile Transformation Team, etc. can be centralized, decentralized, or a hub-and-spoke model.
Relentless Improvement & Building the Future with SAFe
SAFe’s focus is on enabling forward-thinking enterprises to navigate rapidly changing
challenges. Change is constant. How we respond to change is the catalyst for evolution and enables us for the future. Our tagline, “Work Differently. Build the Future,” represents the idea that our work sets the stage to innovate faster and navigate any market disruption or opportunity. Working differently means integrating emerging technologies into our Value Streams; they change the nature of how we develop products and determine if an organization will succeed.
