Michele Lanzinger – Program Chair SAFe Strategic Advisor
Michele was born in Italy. He studied Business Administration at Università Cattolica in Milan and the Frankfurt School of Finance & Management. Over the years, he has worked at several European management and strategy consulting firms and has founded and supported startups in various sectors. Since 2014, Michele has specialized in Agile transformation and the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), driving numerous successful transformations across Europe. An experienced coach and trainer, Michele currently serves as a SAFe Strategic Advisor and SPCT at Scaled Agile, where he supports partners and enterprises in implementing Business Agility across EMEA. He lives in Madrid, Spain, and is fluent in English, German, Italian, and Spanish.

Odile has 20+ years of experience helping profit and non-profit organizations in the fields of IT Service Management, Business Information Management, and Software Engineering across Europe. Over the last 10 years, Odile has been helping leaders and teams adopt Lean and Agile values, mindset, principles, and practices at scale. Working as a Strategic advisor, Scaled Agile instructor, and consultant, Odile loves inspiring people and helping them develop the necessary skills, competencies, and behaviors in order to take the first step in improving and changing the way they work. By combining deep matter expertise with the ability to coach on behavior and leadership, she has proven to be a highly effective transformation coach for large organizations.
Rune Christensen, Strategic Advisor
Rune Christensen is a Strategic Advisor, Transformation Architect, and SAFe Practice Consultant Trainer (SPCT) at Scaled Agile Inc., guiding enterprises and government institutions worldwide through Lean-Agile transformations. Specializing in Lean-Agile Hardware and Cyber-Physical Development, he helps organizations bridge the gap between agile methodologies and complex engineering challenges to accelerate innovation and improve collaboration.
With 20+ years in IT and consulting, Rune’s expertise spans product development, DevOps, IT operations, and process quality optimization. He has helped organizations in public safety, insurance, transportation, and energy develop software and cyber-physical solutions that drive operational efficiency and innovation.
Steve Adolph, Strategic Advisor
Steve is SAI’s Strategic Advisor for Canada helping SAI’s Canadian partners and clients use SAFe to work better. Steve’s been in this industry longer than he cares to think about, and if you remember Fortran, TTL, 8-bit logic, and can solder, then you’re probably in his demographic. Steve started his career actually doing engineering and building cool things like telephone switches and railway signaling systems. Around the late 90s, he was seduced by the dark side of a greater salary plus an office with a door that could close and moved into management. There, he became interested in how ways of working and organizational culture drive enterprise outcomes.
